According to Ukrinform, Ukrzaliznycia reported this on Telegram .
The company noted that planned technical work is underway to increase capacity and productivity.

“If you need tickets urgently, no worries, all our chatbots, and the good old gov are available,” Ukrzaliznycia said.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the global failure in IT systems that occurred the day before did not affect the operation of the company's services.
