The award recognises organisations whose hospitals show excellence in their delivery of care, commitment to the community and innovation in healthcare. Circle Health Group was commended for strong commercial performance, outstanding patient outcomes and satisfaction across all major specialty areas.
Circle's win follows its Acquisition by PureHealth in August 2023, in one of the largest transactions in the history of the UK health sector. Judges noted that Circle is now the largest provider of private orthopaedics surgery in England, with growth outperforming the market. Additionally, clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction were all at record highs, with 92% of patients rating their experience in the 'very good' percentile.
