Former deputy Zulay Rodríguez
failed to snatch the last seat in San Miguelito
from the elected deputy of Realizing Goals (RM),
Luis Omar Ortega.
The
Second Administrative Court of the Electoral Tribunal confirmed Ortega's proclamation in the seat of
circuit 8-2,
San Miguelito.
Ortega's lawyers were notified that the lawsuit was
"dismissed." In this regard,
Herbert Young, lawyer for former deputy
Zulay Rodríguez, announced that it is "obvious that they will appeal."
