Leading the Qatari delegation was Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidli, Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. During the event, Eng. Al Obaidli engaged in discussions on mutual cooperation with HRH Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Al Qassim region, exploring avenues to strengthen bilateral ties and foster development initiatives.

Eng. Al Obaidli commended Saudi Arabia's proactive legislative and executive measures aimed at regulating the real estate sector, recognizing its pivotal role in advancing the GCC countries' growth and prosperity. He specifically praised the achievements of Saudi Arabia's Real Estate General Authority, led by Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al Hammad, for establishing a robust real estate framework that serves as a model for emulation.

In response, HRH Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud expressed appreciation for Qatar's participation in the forum, underscoring Qatar's influential role in promoting regional and global best practices in real estate. He acknowledged Qatar's efforts in enhancing the investment climate and supporting the development of the real estate sector across the broader region.

Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al Hammad also joined the discussions, expressing satisfaction with Qatar's active involvement in the Qassim Real Estate Forum. He highlighted the event's significance in advancing Qatar's strategy to bolster its legislative infrastructure and promote economic diversification, aligning with the objectives outlined in Qatar's third National Development Strategy.
