France: Voters Turnout At 59.39 % In The Legislative Elections

PARIS, June 30 (KUNA) -- French snap legislative elections' first round saw a turnout of voters at 59.39 percent by 5 PM on Sunday, as reported by the Interior Ministry.
The ministry noted that this election's turnup rate exceeded that of the 2022 legislative elections, which stood at 39.42 percent.
The first round of the legislative elections began earlier on Sunday in overseas territories including Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Guiana, Saint Martin, Saint Barthأ©lemy, and French Polynesia, as well as in embassies and consulates across the Americas and the Caribbean. (pickup previous)
