(MENAFN- PRovoke) NEW YORK - Byron Calamese has joined Avoq's senior leadership team as chief strategy officer. Based out of the New York City office, he will focus on refining Avoq's business and market strategy and will help establish new service areas and strategic partnerships, while fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation. Calamese has over 25 years of experience in the industry and is well regarded as a growth driver with in-house and agency expertise in strategic communications, business transformation, integrated and multi-cultural
marketing, digital engagement and corporate reputation management.
Calamese previously served as the global head of innovation at Zeno Group, where he was responsible for driving cross functional innovation and strategic growth initiatives, while also leading the agency's digital and brand marketing practices worldwide.

WASHINGTON - Concordant has appointed Debbie Anderson-Brooke as president. Anderson-Brooke will be based in Seattle, Washington where she will also lead West Coast operations and the firm's AI, Data and Robotics practice group. Anderson-Brooke brings more than 30 years of communications experience to Concordant, both within large corporate cultures such as Microsoft and Intel and in founder-based, high-growth environments. She joins most recently from Convoy, where she spent three-plus years as head of communication and brand. Previous roles include serving as Docker's senior VP of corporate marketing and leading CEO communications at Intel.

ATLANTA -Alloy has appointed marketing veteran David Randolph as senior VP of strategy to lead the firm's newly formed strategy practice. Randolph brings over 25 years of experience, from research and advanced analytics to brand-building and media activations as well as digital advertising, web optimization and more. He will report to Alloy's chief creative officer Jennifer Ready and work tightly day-to-day with departmental leads. Before joining Alloy's Uncommon Crew, Randolph served as executive VP and general manager at Phase 3 where he led the vision, direction and P&L for the agency's operations.

WASHINGTON - Government relations firm Crossroads Strategies has hired Reggie McCrimmon as senior VP. Previously, McCrimmon held government relations and public policy roles at both Google and Twitter and spent years working with the Congressional Black Caucus on Capitol Hill.
At Crossroads Strategies, he will advocate for clients in tech, commerce, health care, the workforce, and financial services sectors.

NEW YORK - Jordan Friedman has joined Infinite Global as a VP in New York, where he will work with professional services firms, financial services companies and business leaders on their reputational and communication challenges. Prior to joining Infinite Global, Friedman spent 15 years as a partner at a New Orleans-based public relations firm, counseling elected officials, law firms, technology companies, economic development organizations and international hospitality brands. He previously worked at several global PR firms where he directed communications programs for global clients including Lockheed Martin, DuPont, Principal Financial Group and Zurich Financial Services.
