KUWAIT, June 9 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Sunday sent a cable to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressing sincere congratulations on his Bharatiya Janata Party's win of legislative elections and on taking the oath as Prime Minister for a new term.
