(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 2. The Association ofFootball Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) will hold its reportingand election meeting today, Trend reports via Idman .
The outgoing AFFA President, Rovnag Abdullayev, will announcethe event's start time, which is 10:00 (GMT +4), following whichthe conference's composition will be checked.
The conference will continue with a report by the association'sSecretary General Sarkhan Hajiyev, followed by a discussion offinancial statements and an independent auditor's address, and itwill wrap up with the election of a new AFFA President andExecutive Committee.
For now, Rovshan Najaf, President of SOCAR (Azerbaijan's StateOil Company), is the sole candidate for the role of AFFA's nextleader.
