Kurt Volker, former U.S. Ambassador to NATO and former U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine, said this in an interview with Ukrinform.
“Absolutely. I think you cannot reach any other conclusion now than the fact that Russia intends to attack Ukraine and will do so at any opportunity. So in order to prevent that, the best solution is for Ukraine to be a member of NATO,”
