(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Eight Russian warships are remaining on combat duty in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. However, no missile carriers have been spotted among them. The relevant statement was made by the South Operational Command on facebook , an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“In the Black Sea, the enemy's naval group consists of seven vessels. One more ship is on combat duty in the Sea of Azov. All missile carriers returned to their home stations,” the report states.
According to the South Operational Command, the threat of Russian missile strikes is persisting. A few hours are enough to bring missile carriers to combat duty, and Russian troops often use missile strikes after drone attacks in order to increase pressure and psychological stress on civilians.
