(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, April 11 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on Tuesday received a phone call from Iraqi President Abdullatif Jamal Rashid, congratulating him on having been chosen as prime minister and forming a new government.
His Highness the Prime Minister voiced sincere thanks and appreciation to the Iraqi president on his good sentiments that reflect the depth of firm relations between both countries and brotherly peoples, wishing Iraq perpetual progress and prosperity. (end)
