Germany Confirms Expulsion Of Its Envoy To Chad

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BERLIN, April 8 (KUNA) -- The German Foreign Office confirmed Saturday the news about Chadian government decision to expel its Ambassador in N'Djamen Jan-Christian Gordon Kricke
In a brief statement, the Foreign Office said that it is in contact with the Chadian government to know the exact reason for the decision.
It considered the announced reasons as "incomprehensible".
On Friday, the Chadian government ordered the German Ambassador Kricke to leave the country in 48 hours due to his "impolite attitude" and "lack of respect for diplomatic customs. (end)
