Amman, Mar. 30 (Petra) -- A convoy carrying humanitarian aid was sent to the Gaza Strip on Thursday by the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) and the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF).
A statement by the JHCO said that the convoy comprises 11 trucks carrying medical equipment, medicines, and gluten-free flour, that will be transported to the Jordanian military field hospital in Gaza and the Palestinian Ministry of Health for distribution to recipients in the coastal enclave.
Hussein Shibli, the secretary general of the JHCO, stated that the Organization is eager to offer resources that are unavailable to our brothers in the Gaza Strip.
Shibli recognized the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation's contribution in providing gluten-free flour, noting the significance of this product for those who have a wheat allergy.
