(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN - Senate President Faisal Fayez on Sunday met with Hélène Conway, senator and representative of French Nationals Abroad, to discuss bilateral relations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.During the meeting, Fayez lauded the“solidity” of Jordanian-French relations in a number of political, economic and parliamentary fields. He said that“Jordan hosts French investments in various sectors and employs French personnel, who receive all the attention and care in their second country, Jordan.” For her part, Conway commended Jordan's treatment of French nationals, as well as the security and stability that continues in Jordan despite the surrounding conditions.
She also highlighted the pivotal role of His Majesty King Abdullah and his endeavours to end conflict in the region, stressing her country's keenness to enhance cooperation with Jordan in various fields and enhance parliamentary relations between the two sides.
