Arab League Vehemently Condemns Israeli-Executed Massacre In Nablus


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, Feb 22 (KUNA) -- The League of Arab States vehemently condemned Wednesday the horrific massacre executed by Israeli Occupation forces in city of Nablus, that left 10 Palestinians dead and more than a 100 injured, many of whom wounded critically.
The league's Secretary-General Saeed Abu Ali stated that occupation authorities must be held responsible for this heinous crime.
He added that this comes as part of the ongoing escalation against the Palestinian people, of raids and killings targeting innocent civilians.
Abu Ali also blamed the Israeli occupation for all the failed attempts and efforts in avoiding further deterioration as it did not seize the aggressions unilateral measures condemned and rejected by the international community as it came yesterday in presidential statement at the Security Council congregation.
This crime along with countless others are a blatant challenge to the will of the international community, stated Abu Ali, and its legitimate resolutions as well as multiplies responsibility of this community and its concerned authorities to stop dealing with double standards.
Abu Ali demanded an urgent and immediate stop to these crimes and holding Israeli occupation forces accountable according to stipulations of international law, as well as providing protection to Palestinian people, enabling them to practice their legitimate rights. (end)
