New Murabba Development Co. opened by Saudi crown prince to enhance downtown Riyadh
(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has declared the start of the New Murabba Development Co. which is prepared to shift downtown Riyadh via the establishing of an exclusive living, working, as well as entertainment experience.
The New Murabba project is going to be established about the idea of maintainability by presenting green areas in addition to walking and cycling roads that are going to improve the quality of life by endorsing healthy lifestyles and community actions.
The project is going to also involve an iconic museum, a technology and design university, a multipurpose immersive theater, in addition to over 80 entertainment and cultural venues.
The development is going to be located at the intersection of King Salman and King Khalid highways to the northwest of Riyadh over a zone of 19 sq. km and set to provide houses to hundreds of thousands of citizens.
The New Murabba is going to present over 25 million sq. km of floor zone, 104,000 housing units, 9,000 hotel rooms, 980,000 sq. m of retail space, 1.4 million sq. m of office space, 620,000 sq. m of leisure assets, on top of 1.8 million sq. m of community services.
