Amman, Jan 27 (Petra) - The Indian Embassy in Amman Thursday held a reception to celebrate India's National Day, attended by top officials, investors, diplomats and journalists.
The Indian Ambassador to Jordan, Anwar Halim, said that India and Jordan enjoy 'close and long-lasting relations, share many interests on international issues and work towards global peace and stability.
In turn, Minister of Investment Kholoud Saqqaf talked about the cooperation between Jordan and India and the development it is witnessing.
She noted India'a investments in Jordan and the keenness of Indian businesses to invest in Jordan, explaining the investment environment and the advantages that Jordan offers to investors.
