British Sunak gets global criticisms

(MENAFN) British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak received denunciation following asking a homeless man in a shelter if he "works in business."

Video film shared on Saturday by ITV News showed Sunak serving food at a homeless shelter in London.

Following asking Dean, the homeless man: "Do you work in business?" the British premier received the answer: "No, I'm homeless. I'm actually a homeless person."

The video clip received many views on social media, with many condemning Sunak over the exchange.

Called "awkward," the brief chat started as Sunak was serving breakfast to Dean, who questioned him: "Are you sorting the economy out?"

Dean stated he was interested in business, followed by Sunak's enquiry "What kind of business?"
After the homeless man answered finance, Sunak declared he used to work in finance.

Sunak questioned "Is that something you'd like to get into?", to which Dean answered: "Yeah I wouldn't mind. But, I don't know. I'd like to get through Christmas first."
