Russia Using Negotiations As 'Smokescreen' To Continue Terror Kuleba

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has said that Russia is using negotiations as a 'smokescreen' to continue its aggression and terror.

According to Ukrinform, Kuleba stated this in his comment to nhk.

“Leaders in Moscow are using negotiations as a 'smokescreen' to continue their aggression and terror,” the minister said.

According to Kuleba, the actions of Russian forces in Ukraine make the idea of any peace talks absurd.

He also noted that Ukraine will continue to liberate its territory to 'save people from torture, from suffering, and from miserable life.'

At the same time, Kuleba stressed that after Russia's targeted missile strikes on critical civilian infrastructure, it is impossible to maintain neutrality to its genocidal war.

“Targeted missile strikes on critical civilian infrastructure are war crimes. Russia wages the most cowardly and barbaric type of war against unarmed civilians. How can anyone in the world justify Russian actions with any reasons or stay neutral to their genocidal war and terror?” he wrote on twitter.

As reported, on November 23, the Russian troops launched another a massive missile attack against Ukraine, targeting infrastructure facilities and residential buildings. Civilian casualties have been reported.

Enemy strikes caused a temporary blackout of Ukraine's nuclear power plants, most thermal power plants and hydroelectric power plants.
