President of Transitional Military Council of Chad Lt Gen Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno arrived in Doha Friday evening on a visit to the country. The president and the accompanying delegation were received upon arrival at Doha International Airport by HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi and Chadian ambassador to Qatar Dr Ali Susal Ibrahim.
