ICC Farewell For IIS Principal

Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) along with principals of Indian schools, Indian community, parents, and students bid farewell recently to Ideal Indian School's (IIS) outgoing principal Syed Shaukat Ali.
ICC general secretary Krishna Kumar Bandhakavi welcomed the gathering. The chief guest, Indian embassy first secretary (culture and education) Sachin Dinkar Shankpal, ICC president P N Baburajan and ICC advisory chair K S Prasad spoke.
In his farewell address, Ali recalled his memories and thanked the Indian community and ICC for their services. He volunteered his help to all for any type of advice in the future and said would love to return to Qatar if conditions permit.
The event also saw Karnataka Sangha Qatar and Science India Forum honouring Ali. ICC vice-president Subramanya Hebbagelu proposed a vote of thanks.
