Ukrainian Military Repulse Enemy Attack In Eastern Ukraine

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The Armed Forces of Ukraine have repulsed one enemy attack in eastern Ukraine and destroyed eight Russian military equipment units.

The relevant statement was made by the East Operational Tactical Group on Facebook , an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the aggressor within the control area of the East Operational Tactical Group. On May 22, 2022, Russian fascist troops launched one attack,” the report states.

As a result, Ukrainian defenders destroyed nine enemy troops, one tank, two infantry fighting vehicles, one armored personnel carrier, one mortar system, one anti-tank missile system and two artillery tractors.

A reminder that, between February 24, 2022 and May 22, 2022, Russia's total combat losses in Ukraine reached about 29,050 troops.
