Another Delhi fire proves India’s fragile fire safety


(MENAFN) As stated by analysts and experts about the weak fire safeguard in India, where a fatal fire had occurred again but this time it hit a famous building in New Delhi.

The day before yesterday, a fire had busted in a five-story business building, which had only one entrance and exit with a secure glass front, in Mundka located in western Delhi, murdering 27 individuals. Around 12 individuals were wounded in them flames, which has begun late in the afternoon. In addition to, around 70 individuals were stuck in the complex.

The fire was believed to be an electrical one, begun in the first floor. One of the giant firm within, CCTV, where the founder sued them for murder.

Up to 20 firefighters and more fought these flames for many hours. Atul Garg, Delhi Fire Service leader, stated, “We have recovered some human remains and are trying to identify them. It was earlier said that 32 people were missing but with recoveries of bodies, we are expecting the death toll to rise to 29 to 30.”
