Biman flying twice weekly on Dhaka-Sylhet-Manchester route

Dhaka : Biman Bangladesh Airlines resumed flights on Dhaka-Sylhet-Manchester route from December 25 with one frequency per week initially. 
But, from December 30, the national carrier has been operating two flights a week on the route on Thursdays and Sundays.
The national airline will continue operating two weekly services till March 25, the airline said in a press release on December 21.
The airline's flight on the route departs Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital at 12:30 pm (local time) and reaches Sylhet at 1:10 pm. The flight then departs Sylhet's Osmani International Airport at 2:15 pm (local time) and reaches Manchester at 8:00 pm (local time).
The return flight departs Manchester at 8:00 pm (local time) and arrives in Sylhet at 12:00 pm the next day. Then the flight leaves Sylhet at 1:00 pm and arrives in Dhaka at 01:45 pm.
Flights on the route are being operated with the airline's state-of-the-art aircraft Dreamliner 787, said Biman. 
To-dos for vaccinated passengers
Passengers will have to fill out and submit Passenger Location Form ( within 48 hours prior to flight departure for entry into UK_ from 14 days after receiving full dose of Covid-19 vaccine. 
Passengers aged 12 years and above must have a Covid-19 test and have a negative certificate within a maximum of 48 hours before departure.
Passengers will have to undergo Covid-19 test within the second day after arrival in England and they will have to book and pay online ( before entering the country.
They will have to remain in self-isolation until the test results are obtained.
Passengers should carry certificate of Covid-19 vaccination and Covid-19 test certificate while travelling.
To-dos for unvaccinated passengers 
Passengers will have to fill out and submit Passenger Location Form ( gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before...) within 48 hours prior to flight departure.
Passengers must undergo Covid-19 test within maximum 48 hours prior to departure and must have a negative certificate.
They will have to undergo Covid-19 test on or before the second day after arrival in England and on or after the eighth day and they will have to book and pay online ( before entering the country.
Passengers must stay in self-isolation for 10 days in England, until they get a Covid negative test result.
Earlier, Biman suspended flights on the route on March 29, 2020 following the coronavirus outbreak.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines is also planning to launch flights to Male, the capital of the island nation Maldives. 
The Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said this while addressing an event in Male during her visit to Maldives. 
Also, on January 4, 2022, the national flag carrier Biman Bangladesh Airlines will hold its main programme to celebarte the 50 years anniversary of the airline. Moreover, the airline will celebrate the golden jubilee throughout the year with many activities.
