Doha: Qatar Charity and Ajyal Educational Center concluded the“Wathiq 2” programme, coinciding with the two-year anniversary of its launch, during which a number of educational and community projects and initiatives were implemented.
More than 72 male and female students, including children and young adults, participated in the“Wathiq 2” programme, which lasted nearly 3 months.
Director of Local Programs and Community Development at Qatar Charity, Fatima Al Mohannadi, said that the programme aims to enhance the Islamic and national identity in the hearts of young people, instill noble human values in them, and provide them with knowledge and life skills, through attractive courses and events that suit their educational levels and age stages, in addition to encouraging them to participate in community and voluntary services. She stressed that Qatar Charity will continue to adopt and support such targeted initiatives and programs.
Director of Ajyal Educational Center, Dr. Abu Bakr Musa, valued the support of the programme's partners, sponsors, parents, administrators, supervisors and trainers.
