Iran carries on flights to Afghanistan
(MENAFN) Iran returns flights to Afghanistan when worldwide flights to the capital’s Kabul Airport were delayed after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan.
Two private Mahan planes went to Kabul from Tehran and the northern city of Mashhad, after the company hung up its flights to Afghanistan in the middle of August, as stated by the partly-official Fars news company.
Some Taliban officials insisted that foreign nations continue their global flights to Afghanistan following the end of the US removal from Afghanistan on August 31, and the Taliban takeover of the Kabul Airport.
