(MENAFN)Official data showed that the capacity utilization volume of Turkey’s manufacturing industry increased on a monthly basis in the current months.
According to a Central Bank survey, the industry applied 76.7 percent of its capacity in July, increased 0.1 percentage point from June.
The highest capacity usage stood at 80 percent for intermediate commodities as investment goods marked the lowest volume at 70.2 percent.
The highest capacity usage on the sectoral side came onto 84.7 percent in the production of wood and wood/cork products, excluding furniture, the lowest value of 64.3 percent was recorded in leather production.
