Son Exhausts Father''s Money On PUBG, Escapes From Home

(MENAFN- Kashmir Observer) UDHAMPUR: A man had to seek police help in tracing his PUBG addicted son who had escaped from home after consuming Rs two lakh, reserved for house construction, on the game.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PubG) is an online gaming app that is most popular among teens.

The game is highly addictive and various countries have imposed a ban on the game as they say it was having an adverse effect on teenagers.

As per details, a man resident of Rehambal in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir, deposited Rs 2 lakh in his son’s bank account so that he can withdrawal it later, as construction work of his house was going on.

Two days back when the man sent his son to bank for withdrawing the said amount, he didn’t return back. When the son went missing and was not traced after hectic efforts, his father lodged a missing report with the police.

Police later traced the missing youth in Delhi following his call records.
