Bellatrix Releases Final Sequel to Medical Detective Series Set on Vancouver Island

(MENAFN- Market Press Release) Bellatrix today released the last book in the Doctor Sababa medical detective series, by acclaimed writer Lawrence Winkler. Set in a fictional coastal community on Vancouver Island, 'The Last Casebook of Doctor Sababa' continues the story of the Sage of the Salish Sea, an internal medicine consultant at Harbour City Regional Hospital, his ability to sleuth out difficult diagnoses, and his struggle with snowflakes and charlatans, and suits and saboteurs.
'Sababa is what intelligence was, before it became artificial,' said Winkler. 'But it's artificial now.'
The Bellatrix team is delighted with the quality and epic originality of Winkler's final work in their venture into this new genre. Destined to become a literary classic, this exciting mystery is the last in the Doctor Sababa series, following on from 'The Casebook of Doctor Sababa' and The Next Casebook of Doctor Sababa, three books over four seasons. 'The Last Casebook of Doctor Sababa' is available in print or ebook or audiobook editions on Amazon and several other platforms. Here is a cover excerpt:
'Couldn't stay away, could you? The characters and drama that seduced you in the first two books left a craving—and more Sababa is the cure.
Inside these pages live the final seven original stories of survival, suspense, and satire from the Sage of the Salish Sea— the most special season of a seasoned specialist. He will amuse you with his wit and wisdom, and the spontaneous combustion and thrust they generate, often mixed in unequal proportions, as he dances with the devil in the pale moonlight.
BC Bud is back on the radio, and the professor is back on point. Before there was artificial intelligence, the Good Doctor was the real thing, working in the mysterious old ways of a masterless samurai. But there comes an ill wind.
Trouble, oh we got trouble... right here in Harbour City... with a capital 'T'... and that rhymes with C and that stands for 'Cool.' Welcome to the winter of his Casebook and the unmaking of the man. Welcome back to Sababaland.'
