Ukraine's underground gas reserves exceed 27 bcm Naftogaz


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) More than 27 billion cubic meters of gas have already been accumulated in Ukrainian underground gas storage facilities, the press service of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine reports.

"The Ukrainian underground gas storage facilities have accumulated over 27 billion cubic meters of gas," the company wrote on Facebook.

There are 12 underground gas storage facilities on the territory of Ukraine, except for Crimea. Their active capacity is 31 billion cubic meters.

As of September 24, 2019, 20 billion cubic meters of gas were accumulated in Ukrainian underground storage facilities.
