Lebanon reports 553 new Coronavirus cases
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BEIRUT, Sept 9 (KUNA) -- In Lebanon 553 new cases of the novel coronavirus have been confirmed in the past 24 hours, a statement by the Ministry of Public Health said Wednesday, raising the tally of infected people in the country to 21,877.
The ministry said in its daily report that 543 cases were locally detected and 10 among returnees, adding that five death cases have also been confirmed today, bringing the death toll to 212. (end)
