Morocco: 45 new coronavirus infection cases


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RABAT, May 15 (KUNA) -- Moroccan Ministry of Health declared on Friday recording 45 new coronavirus infection cases in last 24 hours raising the toll of contaminations with the widely spread bug to 6,652.
Mohammad Al-Yobi, the director of epidemics at the ministry, said in a statement bulk of the infections happened within an industrial zone and two families.
He reported 90 recovery cases bringing the whole number of the recuperated patients to 3,400, at a healing rate of 51.1 percent.
Al-Yobi also said that there were no deaths during the past 24 hours, thus the whole count of the mortalities with the deadly virus remained at 190, with mortality rate standing at 2.9 percent. (end)
