(MENAFN) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) suspended trading of National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) starting today, for not disclosing its Q3 financial statements within the required time.
The halt will stay until the company says its financial results, according to Tadawul.
Thimar couldn't publish Q3 2019 financial statements on the specified period as its external auditor did not receive the financial statements of its affiliate Thimar Wasmi Co. as Thimar said.
