Biggest IPO unveiled by Saudi Aramco


(MENAFN) Reports announced that Aramco, an oil giant based in Saudi Arabia, unveiled the biggest initial public offering (IPO) in history to be presented with a pricing at USD8.53 per share.

Saudi Oil Company Aramco currently has with the offering a market valuation of USD1.7 trillion to beat the giant Apple.

According to reports, the IPO attracted subscriptions USD106 billion through institutional investors as well as the overall demand from individual investors, with the order book standing at USD119 billion.

The oil giant is also planning to preserve the opportunity of announcing a larger IPO of USD3.45 share sale to be valued at USD29.4 billion.
