Sri Lanka- US video on GR doctored
(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) The United States says a video circulating on social media depicting a State Department spokeswoman allegedly making a comment on Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Presidential candidate, Gotabaya Rajapaksa, is fake.
US Embassy spokeswoman, Nancy Van Horn, told the Colombo Gazette that the video is doctored.
The US Embassy spokeswoman added that the actual remarks made by the State Department spokeswoman was not with regards to Rajapaksa.
