2 activists dead, 4 wounded in Somalia army clash

Somali military official said that 2 al-Shabaab activists died and 4 others were wounded in a fight with the government army in the southern part of Somalia on Saturday.
Aden Ahmed Ali, Somali National Army ( SNA)' Unit one commander, said that an intense battle started in Eel Sanini village after the acitivsts launched an attack on the military base.
He said that "We got a tip-off that al-Shabaab militants moved towards our base and we intercepted them, there was a confrontation, but we overpowered them,"
Adding that "We killed two of the attackers and injured four others, our forces are now pursuing the rest who ran towards El Dhanane neighborhood".
