Amman, May 23 (Petra) -- The trading volume at the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) stood at 3.6 million shares at Thursday's trading session, according to its daily bulletin.
The stock's turnover for today was at JD2.7 million, it said, adding that the index rose by 0.20 percent at the 1,812 point.
Some 97 companies traded shares in the market, of those 25 went up, while 35 companies' share prices declined, and 37 others remained stable.
