Beirut, March 19, 2019, SPA --2nd high-level Arab Forum of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) and 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development started here today at headquarters of UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) in Beirut.
The opening was a panel discussion on "The Role of Digital Technologies" in developing knowledge economies in Arab countries.
