"This week, Antje Grawe has taken the office of the Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine," reads the OSCE SMM statement on Facebook.
It is noted that Grawe has a strong background in conflict prevention and resolution, having served in Afghanistan, Haiti, Pakistan, and Yemen.
