Larson Electronics Releases 45 KVA 240V to 208Y/120V Power Distribution Substation

This NEMA 3R unit comes with access to CS8369 receptacles and is suitable for construction sites, plant maintenance and turnarounds, shows, shipyard operations and more.

The MPD-240V-45KVA-208Y.120-3X3P.50A-20C brings three phase 240V power to the NEMA 3R 200-amp 250V three phase primary disconnect, which contains three 125-amp time delay fuses, and passes three phase 240V through to the transformer. The NEMA 3R 45 KVA transformer converts three phase 240V power to three phase 208Y/120V 60Hz and passes the current to the secondary side. The secondary side of the transformer is equipped with a NEMA 3R 125-amp 208Y/120V three phase main lug only panel. This secondary panel contains three 50-amp 3-pole 250V breakers protecting three 50-amp CS8369 250V receptacles.

The 45 KVA temporary power distribution station is mounted on a sturdy, carbon steel platform. The mounting system features top-located eyelets for hoisting via cables or chain hooks. Skid pockets are available at the bottom of the station for transportation using forklift and heavy-duty lifting machines.
