(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, March 13, (Agencies): Kuwait City ranked 126th out of 231 cities in the 2019 Quality of Living Ranking published Wednesday. Kuwait City fell 27 notches in the index compared to its ranking last year when it landed on the 99th spot.

Mercer, the consulting firm behind the index, explained that quality of living is determined by many factors such as access to public transport, traffic congestion levels, availability of housing and international schools, and cultural scene. This ranking indicates differences in quality of living factors affecting expatriates in popular assignment destinations, Mercer added
