Kuwait Motor Sports club organizes Motocross championship
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Feb 23 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Motor Sports Club held Kuwait Open Motocross championship at Sheikh Jaber International Cricuit on Saturday.
Thirty-six riders from Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, France and Portugal took part in the championship, which was classified into Open Class and Beginners.
Kuwait's Mohammad Jaafar won the Opec Class category and Kuwait's Khaled Al-Fayez won the Beginners category.
Kuwait Motor Sports Club Chairman Sheikh Ahmad Al-Sabah told KUNA the competitions were fierce because they featured top drivers from the Gulf and Europe.
