Iraq: roadside bomb blast kills 2 soldiers in Anbar


(MENAFN) On Saturday, two Iraqi soldiers were murdered in a roadside bomb blast in the western Anbar province, according to a local police officer. Two bomb removal soldiers were resolving a device in the city of Hit, west of Ramadi, murder them on the spot, Captain Ahmed al-Duleimi informed Anadolu Agency. He stated that the device had been put by "terrorists", but without determines which group was responsible for the attack. In early 2016, the city of Hit was empty from the self-proclaimed Daesh terrorist organization. However, from time to time, the city sees bomb attacks hitting security forces and civilians.
