Israeli forces kill 290 Palestinians over past year
(MENAFN) Over the course of 2018, Israeli police murdered a total of 290 Palestinians, most of whom had not participated in any conflicts, an Israeli human rights group reported Friday.
"Israeli security forces killed 290 Palestinians [in 2018], including 55 minors," rights group B'Tselem stated in a Friday statement.
It added, "Of these, 254 were killed in the Gaza Strip, 34 in the West Bank (including East Jerusalem) and two inside Israel".
Of the 254 murdered in the Gaza Strip, the group emphasized, two were women and 47 were children.
