Qatar- Al Marri meets European Parliament Member, Australian Ambassador

The Chairman of the National Human Rights Committee, Dr Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri, met with the Chair of Delegation for relations with the Arab Peninsula in European Parliament, Michele Alliot-Marie. Both sides discussed the cooperation aspects in issues of common interest, and working within promoting and protecting human rights.
The NHRC Chairman also met with the Ambassador of Australia to Qatar, Dr Axel Wabenhorst, where they discussed the cooperation methods for issues of common interest and activating mechanisms of transferring expertise between the two sides.
