Later, Prof Imafidon, chair, of ExcellenceInEducation programme, the world largest producer of child prodigies discussed the well publicized record-breaking achievement of inner-city 6, and 7-year-old children who passed rigorous high school exams set for 16-year-olds. All the pupils from the EIE programme passed the exams 9, or 10 years ahead of peers due to enhanced cognition.
