Israel to make first export of Iron Dome rocket interception system


(MENAFN) Israel was announced to be exporting the Iron Dome rocket interception system for the first time to Romania.

Israel's Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd. has signed a deal to sell the system to Romanian company Romaero, marking the first sale.

Rafael explained the deal to be covering the establishment of the seaborne version of the Iron Dome short-range missile defense system, Samson remote control weapons systems and Spike tactical missiles.
