Dubai records continuous drop in property prices
(MENAFN) Analysts REIDIN's latest study has shown an unrelenting decline in Dubai's average residential property prices.
Dubai's property prices were found in January's UAE Residential Property Price Indices (RPPIs) to have recorded a 0.14 percent slight drop.
It also found a 3.67 year-on-year decline in prices, with apartment sales prices falling to - 3.74 percent, and villas to 3.36 percent.
Few regions were also revealed by REIDIN to have seen a boost in sale prices, including Dubai Sports City, Discovery Gardens and Dubai Marina.
