Kuwait- 6 bachelors caught gambling

(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Aug 17: Six bachelors were arrested from an apartment in Sabah Al-Ahmad area for gambling. Acting on information and after taking necessary legal procedures, Ahmadi securitymen raided the apartment and arrested the six expatriates in the act. They were referred to the concerned authorities in preparation for their deportation.

Liquor peddlers held: Two Indians were arrested in Ahmadi for trading in local alcohol, says Al- Seyassah. While patrolling the area, a security team noticed the suspicious action of the suspects who fled on foot after sensing police presence. A hot chase ensued and the suspects were arrested. When the officers checked the suspects' vehicle, they discovered a box containing 165 bottles of local alcohol ready for sale. A case was registered and the two Indians were referred to the relevant security department. Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti man and a female compatriot were arrested along the coastal motorway for consuming alcohol with a half-filled bottle of imported liquor in their possession.
