EO was established in 1987 with its head office in Virginia, US. EO's Oman Chapter was founded in 2009 by a group of 18 entrepreneurs. Today, EO Oman has grown to 50 members since its inception. Representing a diverse range of business backgrounds, the members collectively employ more than 4,000 people across their companies and have combined revenues of over US$2bn.
Dr Suhail Jouaneh is the co-founder of Better Business, a company specialising in human behaviour and capacity development with emotional intelligence and profiling of the human behaviour is his area of expertise. With over 100,000 participants in his regional speaking engagements, Dr Jouaneh believes in the power of the accumulative human behaviours that enable companies to achieve the most out of their people talent.
The seminar mainly aimed at creating an awareness among the participants about the impact of their experiences garnered over a period of time and their skills which impact an individual's work success, personal growth and relationships. The Dominant, Influencer, Supportive and Caretaker (DISC) Personality Profiling analyses your personality and behaviour - both in work and non-work situations. Your profile indicates your strengths and possible areas for improvement. With EO Oman Chapter constantly looking for ways to engage their members, a Learning Committee has been set-up, which is responsible for organising events that promise to inspire, transform and educate. Over the years, they have invited renowned local, regional and global speakers to address our members and discuss topics ranging from the art of negotiation to asset management.
